CATMEDIA has named Jamie Willoughby as its new Senior Capture and Proposal Manager.
Willoughby brings with her over 14 years of military and federal government security training and management experience. Prior to joining the company, she served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, most recently as the Deputy Provost Marshal at one of the largest installations within the Military District of Washington.
At the Military District of Washington, she successfully responded to and led the organization following the tragic events of 9/11. Proactively addressing the historic tragedy, Willoughby directed and executed a comprehensive emergency response force protection/anti-terrorism and law enforcement strategic operation plan for Fort Belvoir.
Willoughby has over 8 years of results-oriented, continuous business development experience, 14+ years of military and federal government security training and management experience, and over 14 years of Interagency/Inter-Service Coordination under her belt.
Prior to joining CATMEDIA as the new Senior Capture and Proposal Manager, Willoughby worked as a consultant. CATMEDIA is immeasurably excited to see what she will bring to the team.
