CHICAGO (PRWEB) January 17, 2018 -- The National Association of Independent Home Builders & Remodelers (NAIHBR) is partnering with Home123 and Wintrust Mortgage to launch a Winter Realtor Leadership Summit on January 25, 2018 (Chicago, IL) and February 7, 2018 (Oakbrook, IL). These events will be focused on providing real estate professional tools to expand reach and services for their communities.
NAIHBR has collaborated with industry leaders in lending, technology, and data aggregation to create a two session event that covers Construction to Perm Lending products, Weiss Insights home evaluations, and cutting-edge Home123 products to align technology and NAIHBR offerings with the needs of today’s consumers.
Since formed in 2016, NAIHBR has grown to over 2000 members with local and national lending support from companies such as Associated Bank and US Bank. In addition to lending sponsors, key financial institutions such as National MI, and Home123 have supported the creation and expansion of NAIHBR, which is solely focused on helping communities revitalize through new construction and renovation.
Jim Pesavento, Executive Director of NAIHBR states, “Even in our footprint where there are about 40,000 home listings, we have over 10,000 open lots and teardowns that can be converted into homes. Understanding we have a local and national housing stock shortage, NAIHBR’s goal is to provide a common platform to work together to help local communities rebuild.” The event covers timely topics such as housing prediction tools from well-respected economist Allan Weiss, case studies on how marketing technology can better serve today’s consumers, and other educational topics.
