John K. Dosdall is a key member of the criminal defense team at JacksonWhite and has been with the firm since 2014. Dosdall has handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor matters in his career at JacksonWhite and in his prior role prosecuting cases for the Maricopa & Pinal County Attorneys’ Offices’ and Arizona Attorney General’s Office. John has been recognized for his outstanding legal efforts through awards, including being named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the Nation’s Top One Percent of Distinguished Counsel, Premier 100 Trial Attorneys by the National Academy of Jurisprudence, and the 10 Best Attorneys for the State of Arizona.
Timothy W. Durkin heads up the family law team at JacksonWhite. Tim has been with JacksonWhite since 2010, practicing family law exclusively. He has represented hundreds of individuals and families in many areas of family law, including dissolutions, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and mediations. Tim has been admitted by the AIOLA as a Family Law Elite Advocate and has been recognized for his excellence by The American Institute of Legal Advocates. Mr. Durkin has also been named a Top Ten family law attorney by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
