Harbor Club on Lake Oconee Georgia Real Estate Sales Jump 47% in 2017
ATLANTA (PRWEB) January 24, 2018 -- With the year-end numbers all tallied, Harbor Club Properties informed Real Estate Scorecard that they have experienced a 45% increase in real estate sales compared to 2016, data compiled by the Lake Country Board of Realtors. Harbor Club reported that $26.5 million in home, homesite, cottage and town home properties were sold last year compared to $18.3 million in 2016. Additionally, the lakefront community has 23 new homes currently under construction by existing property owners, and over 50 new home builds are planned for 2018.
