Wayne Homes Hosts Open House Featuring In-Law Suite

As the company’s largest floorplan, this Fairfax has been customized inside and out. Featured in a custom exterior, this home is highlighted by craftsman accents, including stone wainscot, board and batten siding, craftsman trim, and craftsman tapered stone porch columns.
Inside the main house, 10-foot ceilings throughout the first floor create an even greater sense of spaciousness and popular Aristokraft cabinetry is shown in the redesigned kitchen and butler’s pantry. These are just some of the customizations the homeowner has selected.
The 1,071 square feet in-law suite can be accessed from the main house or a private entrance on the side of the home. The suite includes a private living room, dining area, kitchen, master suite, loft, half bath, laundry room, and garage.
