Dealers: want to pinpoint how your sales agents perform when booking appointments on the phone, down to the most granular level?
Car Wars’ latest Cari feature uses machine learning to examine the gender of a customer’s voice on phone calls. This innovation gives managers valuable information on sales agents’ booking success with each gender, as well as a constant feedback loop that helps agents improve on the phone.
Voice analysis allows for concentrated adjustments to a dealership’s training and phone process. If Car Wars data reveals a sales agent is better at booking appointments on calls with men, that agent and managers can now increase their focuses on female callers. If sales agent Debbie has a 70% booking rate with female callers and a 30% booking rate with male callers, managers can capitalize on this by routing future male callers directly to an agent who books the most firm appointments with this gender - fostering a more tactical sales approach.
“What gets measured gets managed,” said Jackie Bowers, Car Wars’ Executive Vice President of Product. “Not only does the precise data provide booking performance intelligence, it also helps dealers adjust marketing efforts to acquire more appointments from specific genders on various tracking lines. Plus, its feedback loop constantly shows agents where they can improve on the phone. It’s a cool feature that, if used the way our developers built it to be used, will overhaul the automotive sales process for the better.”
On top of gender recognition, Car Wars also uses voice analysis to automatically identify the agent who answered the sales call, holding the phone handler accountable to his or her execution of the call.
Car Wars’ voice analysis release is one of the several Cari features that work to improve the customer service experience and ensure dealers are CRISP on the phone.
