The Real Estate portal, which has accumulated USD 5M in funding from various investor groups, will use these resources to boost the launch of Credirati in Argentina, a new service for users to choose online, at Properati, the mortgage loan that best suits their needs.

Credirati is the first online mortgage loan platform in Argentina where users can now compare and choose from all mortgage loans in the market in one place. In the coming months, users will also be able to apply online for the loan of their choosing, without having to visit a bank or print a form.
Properati was born at the end of 2012 in Argentina, and has also commercial offices in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. The company has 22 employees and receives 3.2 million monthly visitors, who generate 100 thousand contacts per month, interested in any of the 2.1 million properties listed on the site, offered by more than 10 thousand real estate agents and developers throughout Latin America.
