Attorney David A. Newby was named to the Super Lawyers list for the ninth consecutive year. He is a partner at Momkus McCluskey LLC and focuses his practice on business bankruptcy and related litigation. He serves as vice chair of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee.
Attorney William J. Scott, Jr. was named to the Super Lawyers list for the 13th consecutive year. He is a partner at Momkus McCluskey LLC and focuses his practice on family law. A past president of the DCBA, he has also chaired the DCBA’s Family Law and Practice Committee and the ISBA’s Family Law Section Council. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a past president of the Illinois Chapter and has served as Illinois’ delegate to the National Board of Governors. He currently is a member of the Illinois Chapter’s Board of Managers.
