Maryland Public Relations Firm Raises Awareness About the Dangers of Storefront Crashes

In the spirit of Random Acts of Kindness Day 2018, On The Marc Media has randomly selected a worthy organization to receive the gift of free publicity, in the form of a complimentary news release. “In our opinion, there is no better way to randomly spread kindness than to bring attention to a well deserving business or cause,” says Kathy Fowler, Vice President of Marketing at On The Marc Media.

On The Marc Media chose the Storefront Safety Council as its Random Acts of Kindness Day recipient. The Storefront Safety Council is comprised of volunteers from a variety of backgrounds who focus on solving the problem of vehicle-into-building crashes. With an average of 60 storefront crashes happening in the United States each day, On The Marc Media decided this was an important effort deserving of some publicity.

“We really appreciate this very kind assistance,” said Rob Reiter, co-founder of the Storefront Safety Council. “Since 2011, we’ve been working to help prevent these accidents, which are injuring and killing Americans where they work, play, shop and eat — and our statistics are the most complete ever assembled for accidents of this type.
