Mohr Partners, Inc. (MPI) announced the lease renewal of U.S. Legal Support, Inc.’s (USLS) office building at 1819 Peachtree Road.

Michael Imbrogno with MPI represented USLS in the transaction along with Managing Principals Eric Beichler and Rob Pipkin. Realty Palisades East, LLC represented the property. The deal consisted of a five-year extension of the lease and upgrades to the space.

“It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and the US Legal team on their latest renewal, ending in a great outcome,” Imbrogno said. “We achieved a net effective rate slightly below market for the area resulting in savings for US Legal.”

USLS is one of the largest and most experienced full-service litigation support service companies in the United States. Founded in 1996, USLS provides nationwide court reporting and record retrieval, legal placement/staffing, and litigation services.

“The entire transaction was handled smoothly and efficiently and completed in a timely manner,” USLS Real Estate Portfolio Manager Tyler Cortner said.

The new lease will commence March 1, 2018 and totals 4,406 square feet.
