Spectrum Vision Partners Announces Equity Co-Investment

GCM Grosvenor and Hamilton Lane invested on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund. The new investors are co-investing alongside Blue Sea Capital (“Blue Sea”), SVP’s existing lead private equity partner.
Spectrum Vision Partners is a leading management services organization serving the ophthalmology sector. SVP administratively supports the growth of some of the leading ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers in the Tri-state region, including Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island (“OCLI”), Island Eye Surgicenter, Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut, and New Vision Cataract Center.
