Mary R. Lonzetta has a highly successful career in IT, managing global programs, initiating program objectives and performing business analysis. Her current position is Senior Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson, a multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company.
A results-oriented leader, Ms. Lonzetta uses her skills in communications, program management, leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship management, vendor management, business systems analysis, and much more to expertly execute projects from conception to completion. She and her team designed and built infrastructure for global call centers, which comprised 140,000 streamlined processes.
Ms. Lonzetta has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and received her PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Lonzetta led enterprise-wide software deployments, SaaS implementations and eCommerce projects for other Fortune 500 companies, including Minolta Corporation and Panasonic.
