Healthify Welcomes New Vice President of Client Services, Cesar Herrera, To Lead Customer Retention and Satisfaction

Cesar joins Healthify from ZocDoc, where he oversaw overall retention and growth of over 70 enterprise customers as the Head of Existing Business Enterprise. He will be responsible for leading Healthify’s client services team in driving customer growth through both increased engagement strategies and innovative service design.

Cesar brings a breadth of experience across the provider, payer, and public sector space, having held key positions in marketing and strategy for several major organizations, including Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Booz & Company.
