El Cid Resorts received two luxurious crystal trophies and specialty graphics that the resort may use on print and online marketing material to designate its status as having the Best Overall Resort and the Best Latin American Resort of 2018. In addition to El Cid’s Perspective Awards wins, INTUITION, the innovative Customer Engagement and Reputation Management company presented El Cid Resorts with a Best Customer Satisfaction Award. This new distinction was awarded to its top performing clients based on TripAdvisor scores. El Cid Resorts was one of three companies who received this new distinction.
These latest accolades have added to the long list of awards that El Cid Resorts has won recently. Last year, El Cid received RCI’s Gold Crown and Excellence in Service awards for all of its Vacation Club properties. RCI, which is the largest timeshare company in the world, only gives these honors to properties with superior customer satisfaction.
