“With little more than a month to go, all the parts and pieces are falling into place nicely for the Northwest Food Show”, said Jeff Swenson, the show’s manager. “We’ve developed some fun features including the addition of celebrity chef, author, restauranteur and TV show host, Rick Bayless and James Beard award-winning chefs, Andy Ricker from Pok Pok and Greg and Gabrielle Denton of Ox that will be a part of our cooking presentations and Q&A.”
The Northwest Food Show is set for April 22nd and 23rd at the Portland Expo Center.
