tend.ly Introduces New Feature to Track and Report Accreditation Standards
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (PRWEB) March 20, 2018 -- Today, tend.ly released an update to its innovative care tracking software, featuring the option for child care providers to more easily document national and state accreditation requirements.
Achieving national or state accreditation often takes months of planning, documentation, and evaluation on the part of the child care center. Receiving accreditation sets providers apart from non-accredited providers by attesting to the quality of the centers’ care, the education of their teachers, and the centers’ commitment to early childhood education.
“Our customers have told us that documenting, applying for, and renewing accreditation—while incredibly valuable—can be incredibly time consuming,” said Caitlin Coffman, founder and CEO of tend.ly. “This new feature eases some of that pain by simplifying how our customers track their national and state accreditation requirements all while saving them time, money, and paper.”
tend.ly’s new accreditation feature seamlessly integrates accreditation standards into the software’s Learning Moments, allowing centers to capture lesson progress towards a standard through both lesson planning and real-time documentation as the learning happens in the classroom.
tend.ly plans to roll out the accreditation tracking feature for all 50 states by the end of 2018.
