Award-winning comedian Shawn Wickens to kick-off the publishing community’s most prestigious recognition program for digital excellence.

Folio:, the magazine and digital publishing industry’s go-to source for news, business intelligence and peer-to-peer networking, will welcome the most innovative minds in publishing on Thursday, April 5, 2018 to announce the Winners and Honorable Mentions of the Folio: Digital Awards.

Opening the ceremony, Shawn Wickens, award-winning comedian and co-founder of NYC's Bad Theater Fest and Bad Film Fest, will join in celebrating digital juggernauts like National Geographic, SourceMedia, D Magazine, ESPN and more. The 2018 class of finalists represent the highest quality work in the digital space—each winner, honorable mention and special award recipient has pushed the boundaries of digital content, product development and audience engagement.
