International Association of Women Inducts Michelle Groves McFall into its VIP Influencer of the Year Circle

Michelle Groves McFall is Executive Director at the Monroe County Coalition for Children & Families, which is affiliated with the Monroe Early Childhood Association in West Virginia. In her role, she helps to provide social services for children and families.
According to its website, the Monroe County Coalition for Children & Families’ mission is to “plan, develop, sustain, evaluate, and monitor a comprehensive service system which provides prompt, user-friendly, barrier-free support, prevention and intervention services.” Ms. Groves McFall uses her skills and expertise in grant writing, operations management, client relations and community relations as she oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Ms. McFall and her team work tirelessly to ensure children and families in the community have access to the services and resources they need. She is looking forward to growing both agencies and is considering a possible run for political office in the near future.
