“Robbie the Snobby Doggie”: the story of a lonely dog who thought he was too good to play with the other animals. “Robbie the Snobby Doggie” is the creation of published author, Rebecca Pink. Rebecca loves all animals, big and small. She is a long-time volunteer for Habitat for Cats in her hometown of New Bedford, Massachusetts. She lives with her five cats. This book is dedicated to the memory of two non-snobby doggies, Claudia and Ginger.
“Well, thought Robbie. What happened? Why am I left so all alone? Then Robbie realized maybe it wasn’t so important to try to be better than anyone else. Everyone was special in their own way. Robbie was different, but that didn’t make him better.” --Rebecca Pink
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Rebecca Pink’s new book is a story about considering the feelings of others.
Robbie is a special doggie. Unfortunately, he is a bit snobby. Sometimes, his rude and thoughtless behavior makes his friends feel bad. It makes them not want to be his friends. This makes Robbie feel bad too. When Robbie learns to see his friends through the eyes of love, however, things start to change.
