International Association of Women Inducts Martine Dardignac, CWEP, PMP, Owner of The Capable Bride, into its VIP Influencer of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. For years, Martine Dardignac has been helping friends and family plan the perfect wedding, offering help and guidance whenever they asked her. Last summer, she finally decided to turn her ‘hobby’ into a business. “A friend of mine was getting married this past June, and when I saw how much help she needed, and how I could make life so much easier for her, I decided to officially launch my planning business,” she said.
As Owner of The Capable Bride, Ms. Dardignac uses her planning and organization skills to help make a couple’s wedding day a truly special celebration. A Certified Wedding Planner (CWEP) and Certified Project Manager (PMP), she works with couples in New York and the Hudson Valley, providing everything from full-service planning to concierge services to stationery creation. “I use my strong voice to help remove obstacles for my customers by identifying their issues, collecting data to support proposed solutions and collaborating with partners to motivate change,” she added.
Ms. Dardignac honed her skills in communication, management and organization as a Program Manager at Microsoft. Now dedicated to simplifying the wedding process for clients, she is working hard to establish her new business and is looking forward to growing her company and offering her services to those who need it most.
