The MXF SDK now includes Panasonic AVC-Ultra OP-1b support, filters for ARM-based systems, and several optimizations. Other enhancements include:
• Enhanced muxing and demuxing speed
• Various enhancements to DirectShow filters
• Updated GStreamer filters
The IMF SDK update includes bug fixes and additional features supporting the SMPTE ST 2067-20:2016 standard. The SDK also includes an extended sample showing how to generate IMF XML files for existing MXF files. The IMF demuxer supports packing list parsing and demuxing, and will soon include Composition Playlist (CPL) parsing.
Companion products have also been updated, for example the MXF Explorer analyzer and verifier now includes support for new Panasonic formats.
