Introducing Richard Convertini as General Manager of Operations

McConnell Golf and Grande Dunes Club Management is pleased to welcome and introduce Richard Convertini as General Manager of Operations. Richard comes to Grande Dunes after serving as General Manager at Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, California for the past 15 years.

Richard brings with him an impressive 35-year record in the hospitality and golf industry, and has held several top-level management positions at various locations across the country, including The Country Club of Colorado and Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort, in Colorado Springs, CO; Palm Springs Marquis Conference Resort in Palm Springs, CA; as well as the Scottsdale Conference Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition to managing golf clubs, Richard is an enthusiastic participant in the sport; in his free time, you'll likely find him on the course.

Richard and his wife of 34 years, Cyndi, originally hail from New York, and have lived with their son Preston on the west coast since 1989. They are excited about this return to the east coast and are looking forward to settling in beautiful South Carolina.

In the new position, Convertini will lead the management of the Grande Dunes Members Club, The Ocean Club at Grande Dunes, the Anchor Café and the Grande Dunes Marina.
