The LDC Gas Forum Southeast occurs April 9-11, 2018 at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta

Several hundred industry professionals will convene in April in Atlanta to analyze and discuss the Southeast natural gas market, and conduct business. The 18th Annual LDC Gas Forum Southeast takes place April 9 - 11 in Buckhead. This is the premier gathering for natural gas industry professionals, which is much more than simply a conference in that business transactions actually take place.

The Southeast U.S. is a natural gas market in transition. Natural gas fired power generation is growing substantially, LNG export facilities have come on stream, and historical pipeline transportation paths are being re-plumbed in response to supply growth in non-traditional basins.

BP Energy Company's Michael Thomas, Chief Operating Officer, North American Gas and Power will offer expert insight into Southeast market dynamics from the perspective of one of the industry's largest natural gas suppliers. The program also includes three other Keynote presentations from S&P Global Platts, ConocoPhillips, and Mexico Energy Report - ICIS, as well as four panels on a variety of topics with a total of fifteen presentations. This Forum focuses on the Southeast U.S. market, while four other Forums throughout the year address other key regions across the continent.

Participants at the Forum include market leaders, decision makers and subject matter experts. Industry segments represented include utilities, industrial gas consumers, producers, pipelines, marketers, regulators and analysts. The 2 1/2 day format is carefully structured for participants to hear from industry authorities about market developments, network with existing and new colleagues, and ultimately conclude transactions involving purchase, sale and transportation of natural gas.

Even in today's digital age, natural gas market participants appreciate a venue that facilitates face-to-face interaction. The LDC Gas Forum is uniquely structured to meet this requirement and has been the venue of choice for decades. Registration is still available at
