SuiteHop, the leading online marketplace connecting available suites and VIP boxes for sporting events and concerts in North America, announces that industry leader Mike Guiffre will be joining the SuiteHop team as Senior Vice President of Business Development effective April 2, 2018.

Guiffre will be based at the companies’ Denver headquarters and will focus on accelerating the growth of SuiteHop’s online marketplace by leading the sales team, providing strategic direction to enterprise customers and continuing to build out relationships with primary and secondary market suite sellers. SuiteHop is innovating the fractured market for on-demand access to luxury suites nationwide, providing single event availability and pricing through an easy to use online marketplace. As a channel for online suite sales, SuiteHop is growing premium seating revenue for listing partners that include teams, venues and suite owners throughout North America.

“This role gives me an opportunity to partner with businesses and rights holders to utilize the flexibility and openness of SuiteHops platform,” said Guiffre, “SuiteHop is the future of premium of seating. I am honored to have the chance to join the SuiteHop team as we continue to be innovative leaders in the space”

With a vast background in luxury suite sales, Guiffre joins SuiteHop from TicketCity where he was VP of Sales, leading the TicketCity sales team for the 100M plus annual secondary ticket marketplace. Other roles in his career have included Director of Premium Sales & Service at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX as well as Director of Premium Seating with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

In a past role, Guifre was directly responsible for growing non-team concert revenue from $700,000 to $3,200,000 and his experience with non-sports revenue growth will be instrumental to SuiteHop as they continue to expand into the concert and live events space.

“It is no secret that buyer behavior is evolving to demand a more transparent, flexible and easy way to book, plan and enjoy events from suites. As SuiteHop leads the way for on-demand access to premium seating, we are excited to have Mike joining us as a thought leader with well rounded experience on both the primary and secondary sides of the industry,” said Todd Lindenbaum, CEO, SuiteHop. “As a team, we’ll work to continue to innovate how luxury suite and premium seating is bought, sold and experienced.”

SuiteHop provides an easy way for fans to enjoy a luxury suite experience at sport and entertainment venues across the United States. SuiteHop’s streamlined platform allows users to directly book entire suites or individual seats in suites that would have otherwise gone unused. With hundreds of venues across the nation, SuiteHop makes it possible to obtain luxury suites that have remained difficult to access. The site has a rapidly growing list of venues and provides a large range of suites for events that can be booked with live availability and pricing from verified sellers.
