IHG recently launched a new P & C program for community associations, in addition to other coverages already available.

Agents and brokers can now access a full suite of insurance solutions for their community association clients with expanded property and casualty (P&C) coverages now available through Ian H. Graham Insurance (IHG), a division of Aon Affinity, the affinity business of Aon plc (NSYE: AON). IHG recently launched a new P&C program for community associations, in addition to the umbrella, directors and officers, and crime coverages already offered.

“We’re very pleased to make these crucial solutions available to agents for their community association clients,” said Sylvia Tagle, executive vice president, IHG. “Community associations including residential condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations face a myriad of risks, so offering a seamless solution for both agents and their community association clients is important to ensure they are adequately protected.”

The new P&C program is tailored to the needs of community associations and offers the following features:

  • Package or standalone coverages available including property, general liability, inland marine, and commercial automobile
  • Elite coverage endorsement for community associations providing numerous property coverage enhancements
  • Guaranteed replacement cost property valuation
  • Common area and all-in coverage options
  • Flexible deductible options

Through IHG, community associations get customized coverage through an admitted, A-rated carrier, best-in-class service and automatic renewals for qualifying accounts.

The new property and general liability coverages are currently available in 30 states and formally launched in February 2018.
