Cullen and Dykman Welcomes Two New Partners
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) April 04, 2018 -- April 4, 2018 – Cullen and Dykman LLP welcomes two new partners to the firm – Maureen Bass and Andrew McNally. Maureen Bass has joined as a Partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group and Andrew McNally has joined as a Partner in the firm’s New Jersey Litigation group.
Maureen Bass has over 18 years of experience counseling creditors, financial institutions and debtors in reorganizations and distressed situations. In her creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice, Maureen’s experience includes workouts both inside and outside the context of pending bankruptcy proceedings and before state and federal courts. Maureen regularly advises committees, corporations and boards of directors with respect to all aspects of corporate restructuring reorganization and the sale and acquisition of assets, complex commercial litigation. Her practice encompasses significant experience in the fields of biopharma, retail, healthcare, medical, manufacturing and financial institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Maureen was a Shareholder at LeClairRyan PLLC.
Andrew McNally has over 12 years of experience in both government and private practice. Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Deputy Chief Counsel to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, where he provided a full range of legal, legislative, and regulatory advice to the Governor, with a focus on environmental and energy matters. Andrew also served as Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where he advised the board on issues concerning utility regulation and energy policy. Prior to joining government, Andrew was a litigator at Patton Boggs LLP, where he focused his practice on environmental, mass tort, and commercial litigation matters, and represented a wide range of clients at all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal.

Maureen obtained her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Tulane University. Maureen is admitted to New York and is based in the firm’s Wall Street office.
Andrew obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College. Andrew is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, and is based in the firm’s Hackensack and Newark offices.
