Nostalgia Abounds in Amanda McLeod's 'Returning Home'
BRISBANE, Australia (PRWEB) April 04, 2018 -- “Returning Home” (published by Balboa Press AU) is the true story of a life lived in two countries on opposite sides of the world. In this autobiography, author Amanda McLeod recalls the series of events and upheavals that have played a significant role in her life’s journey.
In “Returning Home,” McLeod shares her experiences of returning to England after having lived in Australia for over 40 years. Poignantly and chronologically told, the author revisits her memories from childhood and the events that transpired between her past and present life. The book also details the grieving process and spiritual insights gleaned from losing her mother, as well as the many experiences in a number of endeavours McLeod has been involved in.
By sharing her story, the author hopes to inspire readers to follow their heart’s desire and to relinquish fear, procrastination and self-doubt.
“My book encourages others to work through grief and adversity and come out on top. Its main message is to not die with your music still inside of you,” McLeod states.
