Former Foxtel and CSG International Executive Appointed as CTO at QSR International

David joins QSR International with a wide range of skills from a career spanning several executive roles at Foxtel. Most recently he served as Executive Director of Asia Pacific at CSG International, where he was tasked with accelerating the growth and strategic direction of CSG’s broadband, cable and satellite business in Asia-Pacific, and expanding CSG’s footprint in the industry across the region.
David’s strategic appointment to the role at QSR International will help to further the company’s growth goals and accelerate innovation within the development team. “Adding David Marks to the [senior leadership team at QSR is an important decision for our technology roadmap and leading innovation agenda,” said Chris Astle, QSR International CEO.

David is an experienced IT leader, with a deep expertise in project management, customer care, billing strategy, service delivery, data strategy and IT management. With 22 years of experience in the cable and communications industries, he has built deep expertise and strong relationships with C-Suite. In previous executive roles at Foxtel, an Australian Pay-TV and broadband provider, David built a wealth of knowledge in operational challenges and served as Foxtel’s CIO. Prior to that, he led Foxtel’s customer care and billing operations, and held operational leadership roles in corporate systems management.
