Digible is on the cusp of something special. With Fiona they have a true 0 to 1 product. I dreamed something like this would exist 20 years ago. I’m just thrilled to be a part of the ride these guys are about to go on– Steve Donohue, Axiom Multifamily Realty Advisors, LLC.

Digible, Inc, a digital marketing and technology company specializing in property management, announced that it has raised $250,000 in seed funding from Axiom Multifamily Realty Advisors, LLC. The Denver startup has moved at warp speed since its launch last April. Digible now has customers in over 50 markets, over $1 million in ARR (annual recurring revenue) and became a winner at MTEC’s (Multifamily Technology Entrepreneur Conference) perennial startup competition in San Francisco for its flagship predictive marketing platform- FIONA. Steve Donohue, a seasoned investor in real estate and technology, believes Digible has unlimited potential in the era of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.

Digible had bootstrapped its way through the first year, but in order to maintain the company’s ferocious pace its founders (Reid Wicoff and David Staley) recognized that it was time to raise some capital. Reid Wicoff, Digible’s co-founder and CEO, said “Me and David really struggled whether to pursue a seed round based on our agency revenue and personal investment in the company. However, after we sat down with Steve the decision became a lot easier. He’s a standup guy with a tremendous reputation, and brings value that extends well beyond just capital. We’re grateful to have him on board.”

Terms of deal were not disclosed, and it is unknown if Digible will continue seeking seed funding or a Series A round in 2018.

Digible is a highly progressive digital marketing agency that develops and leverages the most sophisticated ad-technology in the world, and brings them to scale for the multifamily apartment and student housing industry.
