Employees at all nominated companies were asked to complete a confidential online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, a Nebraska based company that uses science-based tools to measure employee engagement in multiple categories such as: team effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
