Peco InspX is Partnering with Valcour Process Technologies to Introduce Innovative X-Ray Solutions to the Cheese Industry

Peco InspX high signal to noise x-ray systems find contaminants with ease while minimizing false rejects.

Peco InspX, the world’s leading authority on high performance X-Ray inspection equipment, is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the Valcour Process Technologies booth at the International Cheese Technology Exhibition, April 17 – April 19 in Milwaukee, WI (Booth 404).

Peco InspX’s unique high performance X-Ray systems are ideal for large cheese block inspection (up to 60 pounds) applications because of their superior ability to properly image large dense objects. Peco has two of the highest powered X-Ray systems on the market for cheese inspection: the Allegro Wide, which is a 320 watt, 800 mm wide top-down system and the Crescendo, which features 1600 watts of X-ray power for inspecting larger sizes of cheese blocks.

“One of the greatest challenges with the inspection of larger cheese blocks is getting a clean X-Ray image that allows easy differentiation between the product and any contaminants. Peco InspX high signal to noise x-ray systems find contaminants with ease while minimizing false rejects. Furthermore all Peco InspX systems meet the highest sanitary standards and are extremely easy to dissemble, clean and reassemble,” remarked Peco InspX vice president of US sales, Martin Lymn.

Beyond X-Ray inspection machines, Peco InspX offers custom mechanical engineering capabilities to cheese manufactures to provide them with complete inspection solutions.
