Using the CDK approved interface through the CDK Partner Program, Service Setter instantly provides phone handlers the customer name, appointment details and repair order (RO) status information immediately when the call is connected. This is done through a real time integration of customer data from CDK into Service Setter’s artificial intelligence dashboard, Live Calls.
Customer name, as well as appointment and RO status, are essential data points for providing a friendly and efficient customer calling experience. Prior to Service Setter’s noteworthy partnership with CDK, a service phone handler was blind to customer information when answering the phone. A service customer may be asked his or her name and reason for calling multiple times. Now, the phone handler controls the conversation and offers a seamless customer service experience with robust background information on the caller.
Service Setter’s new integration is visible under approved interface reporting in Dealer Data Exchange (DDX) – CDK’s new data integration reporting tool now activated for CDK dealers.
