Former Domino’s Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Development joins expanding national warm cookie delivery concept

Tiff’s Treats, the Austin-based company that created the warm cookie delivery concept, announces Adam Huddleston as the new Chief Operating Officer, effective May 7th, 2018. Huddleston formerly maintained all operations training and leadership development programs for Domino’s Enterprise Learning & Development Department. Prior to joining Tiff’s Treats, Adam was a key member of Domino’s PeopleFirst and Operations Strategic Leadership teams, responsible for learning strategy and design for store and supply chain operations, Franchise Management School, and Pizza Prep School.

“Having industry veterans with proven track records is critical to our strategic growth and success,” said CEO and Co-Founder, Leon Chen. “Adam’s leadership and experience, developing processes on a large scale is exactly what will help us bring our warm cookie delivery concept to more places nationally,“ explains Chen. “We are thrilled to have Adam join the team at this critical juncture where we plan to grow from 38 units to a nationwide concept. We are excited to lean on his depth of knowledge and experience, especially in the learning and development realm,” said Tiffany Chen, President and Co-Founder.

“Adam’s personality is also a great fit for our entrepreneurial culture. He possesses an innate hunger and desire to build a world-class brand. His energy is infectious and we are thrilled to have him help lead our team at our Austin headquarters,” states Leon Chen. Tiff’s Treats has already announced plans for additional locations in both Tennessee and Georgia as well as 5 more locations throughout Texas coming soon. With increased funding, the company plans to increase the pace of growth over the next few years.

“Tiff’s Treats is a people-first operation. Tiff, Leon and team have built a culture that prioritizes delivering warm moments to customers and growth opportunities to team members. The combination of a streamlined operating model and passionate, entrepreneurial-minded operators has the brand perfectly poised for national expansion, and I can’t wait to be a part of the journey.”
