RiverPass Holdings, LLC announced it has invested nearly $1 million in Waterman’s Crossing Multifamily Apartments in Newport News, VA following its purchase of the property in October 2017. The exterior renovations that have been completed include a new clubhouse finished with stone siding, an enlarged fitness center featuring digital on-demand fitness programs and state of the art PreCor aerobic and fitness equipment, a cyber café, an enhanced pool area featuring expanded seating and outdoor barbeque kitchen and grilling area. Apartment renovations which are underway include new granite like counter tops, expresso shaker style cabinets, upgraded stainless steel appliances and hardware, and new lighting and flooring.
