Hatton Consulting Acquires Majority Stake in Quantvex
PHOENIX (PRWEB) May 03, 2018 -- Hatton Consulting has acquired a majority stake in Quantvex, a venture-backed technology startup focused on digital engagement for the wealth management industry. The acquisition was led by the principals of Hatton Consulting, an independent wealth management firm based in Phoenix, AZ and Santa Barbara, CA. The acquisition will enhance Hatton Consulting’s wealth management offerings with the Quantvex digital platform to more effectively serve its clients in a post-DOL Fiduciary Rule environment.
Quantvex was founded in early 2017 and led by CEO and co-founder, Shang Chou, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the UCLA Anderson School of Management. The company was incubated within the UCLA Anderson Venture Accelerator and backed by leading venture capital firms like Fika Ventures as well as angel investors.
