Author O. Kenneth Wells’s Newly Released “When Perfect Is Not!” Guides Readers Through the Pain and Test of Adultery
MEADVILLE, Pa. (PRWEB) April 27, 2018 -- “When Perfect Is Not!”: a manual for those who are tested by unfaithfulness and must embrace the process of healing. “When Perfect Is Not!” is the creation of published author, O. Kenneth Wells. The pastor of the Spirit of Love Church in San Bernardino, California, Wells hails from the small town of Sparr, Florida where he developed a love and sense of compassion for others. With a sincere desire to administer the church according to the Word of God, Bishop Wells preaches and teaches the unadulterated Gospel to a growing congregation. The recipient of numerous honors and awards, Bishop Wells is a national icon among preachers and pastors. He is the “tell it like it is” preacher. Even as a boy, he exemplified a spirit of devotion by placing the needs of others above his own. These early years laid the foundation for the life and the ministry of a humble servant of God. Although best known for his gift of preaching, his ministry began in music. He started playing the piano and quickly distinguished himself as a talented musician. During his teens, he served as a choir member at his home church, Bethel AME Church of Fontana, California. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at the age of seventeen. Although he was extremely dedicated to his music ministry, he soon realized that this ministry was insufficient. In pursuit of his calling, O. Kenneth Wells was consecrated as California’s State jurisdictional bishop for Mount Calvary Holy Churches of America, Incorporated, under the tutelage of Bishop Alfred A. Owens and the dearly departed Bishop Harold I. Williams. In August of 2006, Bishop Kenneth Wells received his Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Administration from Solomon Theological Seminary. His intercessory prayer and Bible study is growing by leaps and bounds on a weekly basis.
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, O. Kenneth Wells’s new book offers guidance to those struggling with adultery. He shares, ““I am writing this book to touch on some issues that are happening in the body of Christ that most people dare not talk about. However, there are many people experiencing the same thing. It is the enemy’s job to make us believe we are the only ones going through certain things. Therefore, we keep the pain inside and we live our lives in misery, but it is time to TALK. especially when you are a leader in the church. Stop acting like you have never been hurt, and that it was easy for you to bounce back. Tell it all so that you can help the next person.”
“And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the Word of their testimony” (Rev. 12:11).
“When Perfect Is Not!” is about the process of overcoming infidelity. It is not an experience O. Kenneth Wells ever hoped to deal with. He thought he was doing everything right. He thought he and his wife were the perfect couple. Thanks to a confession, however, his perfect world would change in a matter of minutes. It was a tragedy author O. Kenneth Wells wishes upon no one, but such things come with life. “When Perfect Is Not!” is a manual for those who are tested by unfaithfulness and must discover the process of healing.
