As an industry veteran, Shellie comes to Aloette from the Rodan and Fields, LLC. learning and development team. During her tenure there, Sullivan was responsible for the strategic organization, curation, design, development, execution and metric analysis for critical field training programs and annual learning and development initiatives. She also led sales skills programs and field roll out execution. Prior to Rodan + Fields, Sullivan led the U.S. Field Training team at Avon Products, Inc. where she led and executed on-boarding and training processes for division manager associates in the U.S. sales organization as well as global fast track candidates.
