IMOTO photo, an industry leader in real estate photography, announced today the full launch of its new website, IMOTO.com. Along with a sleek, modern look, the new website also includes sophisticated backend technology that increases efficiency for all IMOTO stakeholders.

In their effort to pioneer new technology for the real estate photography industry, IMOTO conducted extensive market research to identify Realtors’ unsolved needs in their photography experience. Topping the charts was the ability for Realtors to schedule and confirm a photo shoot in real time rather than waiting for a confirmation from customer service.
To solve this pain point, IMOTO set out to create a dynamic feature that allows agents to view available appointments in real time, and book their preferred photographer on-the-spot, 24/7. This would eliminate the back-and-forth between IMOTO, Realtors, and their clients in order to confirm when a shoot would occur; thus, significantly increasing the efficiency in booking a shoot. Building Artificial Intelligence into the platform has given IMOTO the ability to accomplish this undertaking.
The IMOTO Insight Council, a group of trusted IMOTO advocates who provide insight and feedback to IMOTO, played an instrumental role in identifying pain points and testing solutions. Over the past four years, 50+ IMOTO customers from 10 different states have served on the Insight Council, and their feedback was instrumental in designing the features of the new site. Additionally, the Insight Council assisted with testing the new site while it was in Beta form.
2018 Insight Council Member, Craig Hatcher of Georgia Residential Realty, was one of the first customers to begin using the site. He said, “I recently used the new IMOTO website and loved it! It was great to be able to see instantly what times and photographers were available and to book the shoot on the spot! IMOTO does a great job and this REALTOR is very happy with their service!”
As of today, all IMOTO customers are encouraged to use the new site in order to take advantage of the streamlined process and beneficial new features.
