Company hires former SAP executive to spearhead new Partner Success Programs

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for both developers and business application users to transform the way they work.

Skuid, the leading no-code cloud application platform, today announced more expansion and investment in its Global Alliances and Channels Sales with key senior-level hires, new partner success programs, and strengthened 2018 alliances programs. The Skuid Alliances Program provides partner companies with preferred, early access to technical resources, no-code citizen-developer training, joint-marketing opportunities and go-to-market enablement to help drive mutual customer adoption and success.

Spearheading all partner management initiatives will be Mark Nation, VP of Global Alliances and Channels, who joins Skuid from SAP. As SAP's VP of Global Partner Operations, Mark led alliances and channels for the company's mid-market business, strategic customer program and strategic partners across North America, Asia Pacific-Japan and Greater China. Prior to SAP, Mark was Group VP, Global Alliances and Channels for JDA Software. He has also served as Executive-in-Residence at The Company Lab (CO.LAB), CEO of Nation Leadership and in executive roles at Revenue Technologies (acq: Oracle), Siebel Systems (acq: Oracle) and UNUM.

"I have managed companies across five industries and six continents, and Skuid is without question one of the most amazing companies I have ever seen,” said Mark Nation. “This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for both developers and business application users to transform the way they work. I believe Skuid's code-free cloud platform will forever change the business technology landscape, and I am incredibly excited to share these innovations with our current and prospective business partners."

“Skuid achieved a 70 percent growth in its Alliance Program in 2017,” said Ken McElrath, CEO of Skuid. “We will accelerate this positive trajectory with Mark on board, given his proven experience recruiting the best and brightest partners in the technology industry. Under Mark’s leadership, we will help our partners and customers to innovate and get to market faster with game-changing, infinitely customizable and scalable applications.”

Integral to Skuid’s growth has been the addition of new partners like Fujitsu, Huron, Rosetree, Apps Associates, Vertiba, Fronde, mBlazonry, Endiem, Saasli and Desynit. Skuid has also formed key partner relationships with industry powerhouses, such as Salesforce, AWS, and Accenture. In total, Skuid’s business partners have driven 15x growth in recurring revenue, helping global brands like HPE, James Hardie and Fisher Paykel to accelerate their digital transformation.

“We love partnering with Skuid because it helps our clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment,” said Craig Rosenbaum, Managing Partner at Rosetree Solutions. “Our customers are amazed, as are the consultants and developers we bring on, at how quickly we're able to build meaningful solutions with Skuid.”

To support Nation’s partner and alliances initiative and vision, Skuid recently bolstered its sales team with additional strategic hires in sales and marketing roles across the U.S.
