ROSEMONT, Ill. (PRWEB) May 02, 2018 -- The company’s monitoring system is known as the Cook'n'Chill™ Temperature Monitoring System.
The Cook'n'Chill™ Monitoring System is a cost-effective food safety technology solution that is easy-to-use and can be implemented in any kitchen. The groundbreaking technology ensures that cooked food is being chilled within Health Department Time and Temperature guidelines.
“The Cook'n'Chill™ ensures consistent quality in every batch, at every location, while reducing labor and creating consistent food safety standards brand-wide,” according to a company spokesperson.
This new technology is a turn-key solution for anyone who needs to monitor the cook/chill process within the food industry. It is so user-friendly and efficient that users of this new product will wonder how they were able to effectively monitor and log the cool/chill process effectively in the past.
Currently, the cook/chill process is monitored by a manual process using a pen paper and thermometer. The manual process is very time consuming and can result in inaccurate and incomplete temperature logs or in a worst case scenario, cooked food being mishandled and not chilled within food safety guidelines.
The Cook'n'Chill™ monitoring system saves a significant amount of time for food preparation on a large scale. More importantly, the Cook/Chill Temperature Monitoring System observes and enforces the Department of Health Guidelines.
