“We derive a ton of value out of being able to share best practices with our industry peers. There is no monopoly on good ideas and learnings. CETS is an avenue for us to accelerate our efforts and learn from others,” said Paul Mann, the newly re-elected Co-Chair of CETS and Director of National Field Sales for Bell.
“For us at Frontier Communications, CETS is a valuable partnership primarily in 3 ways: As a Telecom Think Tank, Focus Group, and Test Market. The ability to ‘pick the brain’ of other telecom companies on areas that are new or challenging is invaluable. It is a wonderful forum for exchange of ideas, even across borders, that is innovative and creative. And, the ability to learn not just from other Telecom’s successes but also their misses, are welcome key learnings…and cost savings,” added Vivianne Williams, Director of Marketing Strategy for Frontier Communications.
“CETS does an amazing job of facilitating helpful communication between the member companies. Between the regular meetings and the peer questions that get circulated periodically, it has been a very worthwhile partnership. The meetings have been extremely relevant and helpful. There has been very candid sharing of ideas and experiences which has helped us avoid costly mistakes and given us some key ideas to take our results to the next level,” said Brandon McDonald, Regional Manager of Sales Channel Development for TDS.
“PerfTech is pleased to be a contributing member of the CETS organization. We enjoy the networking, the open exchange of discussions and best practices to be most timely to our various telecom companies and their management teams. We find that the research, the discussions of various topics that help our member companies become more efficient, thoughtful, and focused on best of breed tactics to improve their customers experience objectives helps position them and us for success in today’s competitive telecom marketplace,” added Rich Skowronski, Vice President of North American Sales for PerfTech, Inc.
