Course II specifically examines how to develop and motivate periodontal teams, communicate with patients and implement key performance indicators in order to see real practice growth.

Course II of the 2018 HP3 (High-Performance Periodontal Practice) series will be hosted by Dr. Gregory Toback and Bart Knellinger at The Pankey Institute, May 11-12, 2018. Each course of this four-part series offers 16 ADA CERP and AGD PACE approved continuing education (CE) credits. Course II specifically examines how to develop and motivate periodontal teams, communicate with patients and implement key performance indicators in order to see real practice growth.

During Course II of the HP3 series, attendees will learn how to build and incentivize a periodontal team and when to expand it. Further developing the skillset established in Course I, the HP3 team will analyze and understand metrics recorded in the first quarter and adjust for the second.

Dr. Toback and Knellinger will lead this course with a goal of increasing treatment plan acceptance rates and overcome common struggles that cause low patient percentages. Creating a consistent patient education system that effectively sets sometimes complicated procedures into perspective for each client is the first step, training for staff to implement it is the next. Clinicians are taught how to recognize price shoppers or those only focused on insurance and communicate the true value of their care to any patient.
