CMMI SVC Level 5 Appraisal Validates Arkusnexus' Commitment to Service Delivery Excellence

This successful appraisal was performed by Liveware, Inc. using the SCAMPI V1.3-A method.

As one of the key standards in IT services, CMMI-SVC® defines five maturity levels for processes: Initial, Managed, Defined, Quantitatively Managed and Optimizing. An appraisal at the highest level, CMMI-SVC® Level 5, signifies that ArkusNexus’ processes compare favorably to CMMI-SVC® best practices and that ArkusNexus is at the most mature stage of process optimization.
