Each day our innkeepers go the extra mile and give 110 percent. They are passionate, engaged and devoted, while upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity and leadership.
CHICAGO (PRWEB) May 15, 2018
TAWANI Enterprises, Inc., an organization specializing in the development, investment, management and preservation of real estate properties, today announced a restructuring to its hospitality division, Stone Heritage Collection. The restructuring primarily affects the company’s bed and breakfast operations.
TAWANI is exploring the potential sale of these beautiful and meticulously restored homes, which are now the location of Stone Terrace Bed and Breakfast,1622 Forest Place, and Stone Porch by the Lake,300 Church Street, at the end of the year. All reservations will be honored at both Stone Terrace and Stone Porch through December 31, 2018 and we will be working with all guests who may have reservations after December 31, 2018, individually.
While TAWANI plans to continue operations at Lang House and Emil Bach House, it is restructuring pricing and business opportunities for both businesses. Currently, The Emil Bach House is Chicago’s only Frank Lloyd Wright private vacation home and venue rental. TAWANI will still maintain its partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust, offering tours and events. Lang House, located directly next door to the Emil Bach House at 7421 N. Sheridan Rd, is a bed and breakfast set in a Four-Square Prairie-style mansion that was built in 1919.
Mayne Stage, located at 1328 West Morse Avenue on Chicago’s north side, and Lincoln Way Inn, located in the heart of the Midwest, on the historic Lincoln Highway, will continue to operate within the Stone Heritage Collection.
The change is a result of an internal evaluation and external review of the company’s hospitality business. TAWANI periodically reviews and revises its business strategy accordingly to reflect changing conditions in the marketplace and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
“I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to our partners and innkeepers of our Evanston and Chicago bed and breakfast properties for their hard work, superior customer service and enormous commitment to TAWANI,” said Colonel (IL) Jennifer N. Pritzker, IL ARNG (Retired), CEO of TAWANI Enterprises. “Each day our innkeepers go the extra mile and give 110 percent. They are passionate, engaged and devoted, while upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity and leadership. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.”
As TAWANI implements the new restructure, the company already has strong leaders in place who are dedicated to further growing the Stone Heritage Collection. Carmen Korleski will continue to serve as director of hospitality operations at TAWANI. Lisa Ayres will continue as innkeeper and partner of Lincoln Way Inn and Lauren Ivancevic will remain as manager of Mayne Stage.
“It’s a symbolic milestone for TAWANI. We are thankful to each of our innkeepers and partners for their award-winning dedication to customer service and for helping us offer exceptional lodging and event experiences.” said Mary F. Parthe, Chief of Staff and Chief Investment officer at TAWANI.
Today’s announcement is the latest example of TAWANI’s proactive and strategic approach to improving business. For more information about TAWANI or to book a reservation at a Stone Heritage Collection property, please visit http://tawanienterprises.com.
