Dramatic progress is underway as part of Rossmoor Shopping Center’s extensive redevelopment: the new CVS Pharmacy with drive up window opens May 20 and the new Starbucks, also with a drive-up window, is starting construction, planning to open in October.
The 14,500 square foot CVS Pharmacy features a wide assortment of health and beauty products and includes a full service pharmacy with a drive up window.

The new, 2,000 square foot Starbucks will feature its latest designs and innovations with an easy-access drive up window. The phased redevelopment of this historic community center also includes a refreshed façade for Safeway, community-serving retail and services, an upscale salon and new restaurants. The center will be dotted with plazas for friends and family gatherings, numerous bike racks, a new on-site bus stop, hundreds of new trees, lush plantings, beautiful lighting, ample and highly accessible parking and more.
