Liberty IT Solutions Awarded Third Registries Program with Health Registries Sustainment Task Order
HERNDON, Va. (PRWEB) May 24, 2018 -- Liberty IT Solutions, LLC, having previously been awarded Veterans Integrated Registries Platform and Health Registries Enhancements, is excited to expand their work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Registries Program with the latest win of Health Registries Sustainment. This 3-year (12-month base and two 12-month option periods) potentially amounts to $8.5 million, inclusive of options. Liberty will work with ManTech International Corporation to support sustainment and expand the Registries effort. Originally implemented for specific injuries caused during one of three specific military operations, the initial Health Registries were a great success. VA has since expanded the registries to include Veterans exposed to specific International Classifications of Diseases (ICD).
“With ManTech’s assistance, Liberty will lead the Health Registries Sustainment Task Order by modifying the VA Registries applications system to maintain platform and data stability and to mitigate all foreseeable risks”, said Liberty CEO Bill Greene. “Our goal is to sustain the eight health registries across two current platforms and migrate all registries to the Veterans Integrated Registries Platform (VIRP) to maximize operational efficiencies.”
