Shamrock Continues Employee Education Initiative with Annual Tech Week Summit

Shamrock today announced that it has just completed its Tech Week Summit in Kansas City. This three-day gathering brought together the company’s executive and team members, who apply their expertise remotely in locations across America and around the globe. One of the main goals of the Summit was to find new ways for Shamrock to help its customers in higher education, healthcare, financial services and many other industries get more from their technology investments.

The Tech Week Summit is one of two conferences that Shamrock holds each year, complementing the Winterfest meeting last held in December 2017. Both events are an important part of Shamrock’s ongoing commitment to employee education. In addition to featuring brainstorming and sessions focused on new custom solutions for users of Content Services (formerly ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) systems, Shamrock also welcomed several of its partners. These partners shared their latest innovations and provided guidance on how the company’s existing customer base can benefit from their solutions.

In addition to hosting Tech Week and Winterfest, Shamrock is investing significant time and resources into other forms of staff development. The leadership team meets three times a week with the Kaufman Group as part of a year-long executive advancement program. The sales team is involved in mentoring that aims to further both professional and personal development. Shamrock’s marketing team is planning to initiate a similar arrangement soon. The company is also committed to further development through giving back to causes its employees are passionate about.
