ALPHARETTA, Ga. (PRWEB) May 30, 2018 -- Newcomb Spring Corp announces that it has relocated its corporate world headquarters from Decatur, Georgia to Alpharetta, Georgia. Newcomb Spring says that the move was instituted to physically reorganize and optimize space for its quality control, manufacturing and administrative operations. Newcomb relates that the step has no impact on the company's workforce regarding jobs.
Company president, Robert Jacobson, explains that by moving the headquarters to Alpharetta they opened up space in the Decatur, Georgia facility to create new workspace and offices for the Decatur plant's quality control department, as well as expand the manufacturing floor. Also, management and administrative personnel benefit from a new 2200 SF of office space better suited to intra-office communications and day-to-day administrative duties managing the company's multiple facilities.
"Expanding our technology-driven quality assurance operations in Decatur created a demand for more space for the department," Jacobson explains. "Newcomb Spring is committed to constant quality improvement. Moving the headquarters to Alpharetta gave us the space we needed for new quality control initiatives, and provided advantages to our administrative operations as well. It was a win-win decision."
