The Board of Trustees of Tioga Franklin Savings Bank are pleased to announce the election of Joseph M. McColgan to the bank’s board.

The Board of Trustees of Tioga Franklin Savings Bank are pleased to announce the election of Joseph M. McColgan to the bank’s board. Mr. McColgan who is the current President of SS Neumann-Goretti High School in Philadelphia brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to his position on the board. Mr. McColgan is a former Naval Officer with a B.A. and M.B.A. from Villanova University.

John Coleman, President and CEO of Tioga Franklin, commented, “Joe brings a unique background and perspective to a community bank with his combination of financial services and community leadership. We look forward to Joe’s input and guidance as the bank continues its growth over the next few years.”
