Gurbaksh Chahal, DaVinci Marketing Cloud Founder Returns as Global Chairman & CEO
LONDON, UK (PRWEB) May 25, 2018 -- Gurbaksh Chahal, industry veteran of 20 years returns to DaVinci Marketing Cloud as its Global Chairman & CEO.
Gurbaksh Chahal started his first company, ClickAgents, one of the first ad networks, that pioneered the cost-per-click model. Eighteen months later, ValueClick offered to buy it for $40 million.
Four years later, Gurbaksh founded his second company, BlueLithium. With an insight into sophisticated new ways that data, optimization and analytics could help Web advertisers with behavioral targeting. BlueLithium was named one of the top 100 private companies in America for three years in a row by AlwaysOn. In 2006, it joined Google, Skype and Salesforce.com in being recognized as a “Top Innovator” of the Year and by 2007 it was the 5th largest ad network in the US. Shortly after, Yahoo acquired BlueLithium in 2007 for $300 million in cash.
By 2009, Chahal founded his third company RadiumOne which grew to become one of the fastest programmatic platforms leveraging social data from around the Web. Chahal currently holds 11 patents for developing the underlying ShareGraph(™) technology from the USPTO. RadiumOne was acquired by publicly listed, RhythmOne.
His entrepreneurial journey continued into 2014 where he founded Davinci11.com in which he recently took a hiatus for 7 months. “I am excited about coming back and completing the underlying mission of bridging the gap of software marketing automation, A.I. with an emerging focus on our blockchain technologies," said Gurbaksh Chahal. He currently has over a dozen patents in development and pending for DaVinci Marketing Cloud.
